Group classes can take the guesswork out of workouts

Working out is always more fun with friends. That's why Hustle, LLC offers private group training. You'll join a small group of individuals on every step of the path to better fitness. You can choose from one of our four daily high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. Different classes focus on cardio, lower body strength and upper body strength.

You don't have to feel intimidated by workouts when you're learning in our welcoming classes. We use movements that are easy to modify so that you can go at your own pace. Join private group training today.

In-Class Facility Hustle

September 16th - November 13th

*Monday-Friday for 8 weeks
*5:15am, 6:15 am, 12:15pm, 2:00pm, & 5:15pm (you may choose daily which times works best for you)
*Yoga is free for ya'll every Sunday at 1pm
*Original programming at our new facility
*4 meal plans provided throughout the duration of the class
*Private FaceBook page
*Journal & weekly motivational quotes
*Access to our @ Home program on our app for when you can't make class
*Weight & measurement logs
*Progress pictures (beginning & end of class)
* Accountability & learning to love our bodies with the support of other women
*$225 per month for 2 months total- can be paid in 4 installments

So that's for next round. But you are more than welcome to join the end of this round for the last 3 weeks. We have 1pm & 2pm. It would be $125 for the end of this round

Full-body fitness isn't just about what you do in the gym. It's about eating nutritious, balanced meals. We provide clients with wellness-based meal plans every two weeks. You'll get delicious recipes that give you the right number of calories and nutrients to help you maintain a healthy weight. Plus, you can look at our Facebook page for even more recipe ideas and inspiration.
